DreamBuilt Construction is soliciting quotes from vendors and licensed subcontractors, including HUB Certified vendors and subcontractors, for the following:
Description of Project: The Enterprise Center Kitchen Fit-up
1922 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27107
The scope of work on this project includes: fit-up and supply of kitchen equipment for an existing kitchen space and the demolition of existing office spaces at the Lower Level of the facility, as well as demolition of existing space located at the Main Level of the facility. The main level spaces shall be modified to be used as new kitchen spaces. The new kitchen spaces shall fit-up with new finishes, kitchen equipment, new and modifications to the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The Lower-Level work is approximately 1,872 square feet. Square footage at the Main Level is approximately 5,512 square feet. In addition to the kitchen fit-up at both levels, there is to be the installation of a new elevator and ramp system.
