PRE-BID Meeting:

Date & Time: Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. / A pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders and vendors on the date and time stated above. The meeting will address project specific questions, security, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms. The meeting is also to identify preferred brand alternates and their performance standards that the owner will consider for approval on this project. Attendance at this conference is strongly recommended.

 

BID INVITATION/LOCATION:

Bid Date: Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. local time. 

The Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.

2.                      Bid Time: 1:00 p.m., local time

3.                      Bid Loc: Black Mountain Neuro Medical Treatment Ctr., 932 Old US Hwy. 70, Black Mountain, NC 28711

4.                      Bids will be immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

The work of this project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed. The project consists of the renovation of Level R0, R1, R2, R3, basement and attic levels in the Rasberry Building. Description of alterations work include, but not limited to, demolition and removal, alterations per drawings, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical power and lighting, Fire suppression sprinklers, Fire alarm, Telephone, Security system, and any other work as noted on the contract drawings.

 

Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for a specific trade that covers the work described below.

Division 01 – General Requirements (All Contracts), Division 02 – Existing Conditions, Division 03 – Concrete, Division 05 – Metals, Division 06 – Wood, Plastics and Composites, Division 07 – Thermal and Moisture Protection, Division 08 – Openings, Division 09 – Finishes, Division 10 – Specialties, Division 12 – Furnishings, Division 21 – Fire Suppression,  Division 22 – Plumbing, Division 23 – HVAC, Division 26 – Electrical, Division 27 – Communications, Division 28 – Electronic Safety and Security, and any other division scope of work identified in the contract documents.
