PRE-BID Meeting:
Date & Time: Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. A pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders and vendors on the date and time stated above at the Black Mountain Neuro Medical Treatment Center, 932 Old US Hwy. 70, Black Mountain, NC. The meeting will address project specific questions, security, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. Attendance at this conference is strongly recommended. The meeting is also to identify preferred brand alternates and their performance standards that the owner will consider for approval on this project.

Bid Date: Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. local time.
The Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.

The work of this project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed. The project consists of the demolition and replacement of existing roofs on the Administrative Building, Gravely Building and Rasberry Building, and any other work as noted on the contract drawings.
Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for a specific trade that covers the work described below.
Division 01 – General Requirements (All Contracts), Division 02 – Existing Conditions, Division 06 – Wood, Plastics and Composites, Division 07 – Thermal and Moisture Protection, and any other division scope of work identified in the contract documents.
