Loving Company (NC General Contractor License No. 325) is seeking certified DBE, MBE, and WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Southwest Wastewater Pump Station and Force Main project for Harnett Regional Water, Harnett County which bids on November 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
