Capital Access for Economic Growth

ICAP provides much needed capital for real estate purchase, upfit, equipment and business acquisition for small businesses and other social enterprises that are focused on community and economic development.

Collaborative Partnerships With HBCUs

ICAP collaborates with Schools of Business at HBCUs in our region to identify student entrepreneurs that are ready for an infusion of affordable capital to grow and scale their business.

Community Development Investing

Increasing Capacity for Community Transformation

ICAP provides capital to community-based development organizations (CBDOs) that support community revitalization through affordable housing development and other community-based actions.
