DreamBuilt Construction is soliciting quotes from vendors and licensed subcontractors, including HUB Certified vendors and subcontractors, for the following:
Forsyth County DSS 1st Floor Renovations – Winston-Salem, NC
Scope of work is the renovation and upfit of interiors on the first floor of the Forsyth County Department of Social Services (DSS) Building, including the following: interior refresh by painting of walls, removal of existing floor finishes, replacing with new finishes, and removal of ceiling tile and grid system and replacement with a new system, at the lobby, interior offices and existing shell space. Electrical work is the removal and replacement of existing ceiling mounted lay-in lighting fixtures.
