A pre-bid meeting will be held publicly at the Skanska USA Building office, 4309 Emperor Blvd., Suite 200, Durham, NC, 27703 on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 2:00pm.  Should you wish to attend the pre-bid meeting, and are not a prequalified subcontractor for this project, please contact Dave Fraley at [email protected] for an electronic meeting invitation.

A pre-bid site visit will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 4:30 PM, at 400 Hunter Street, Apex, NC 27502 .  All prequalified bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid and pre-bid site visit meetings.
