Mt. Pleasant, SC – Belle Halle Elementary School Parking Expansion

Scope of Work: The work includes, but is not limited to, the addition of a bus entrance at Charleston County School District Belle Hall Elementary School to increase staff and visitor parking locations at the entrance and sides of the school. The driveway will involve the reconfiguration of the existing park parking lots on the north and south ends of the school, and the addition of parking spots in the current front entrance grassy area in accordance with SCDOT Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. Sitework is also part of this contract and consists of the installation paving, striping, SWPPP, sidewalks, grassing and landscaping. Project will be required to be designed and constructed in accordance with CCSD’s Educational Specifications and Design Requirements.

Purchase of entire bid set includes all plans and specifications, including any addenda released at time of order. Planholders will be notified by email when future addenda are issued and it will be the responsibility of each plan holder to download the addenda. Shipping, if required, will be charged to each order.

ADDENDA DISTRIBUTION

Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addenda. Failure to order bid sets through Duncan-Parnell may prevent you from being notified of issued addenda. Printed copies of addendum will be available at no additional charge. Shipping, if required will be charged. Contact your local Duncan-Parnell office to request a printed set of addenda files.
