Project Information –
The project involves the renovation of four office spaces and the construction of a new conference room, covering an area of 1200 square feet. Prior to the renovation, asbestos abatement will be conducted in the designated areas. The renovation itself will include installing new walls, applying fresh paint, replacing the ceiling, and upgrading the floor finishes. Additionally, the project encompasses mechanical and electrical work, such as relocating existing light fixtures, adjusting ductwork, and installing additional electrical receptacles and data outlets in the rooms.

UPDATE:An Open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for all bidders on May 30th, 2023 @ 2:00 pm at the State Construction Office located at 301 N. Wilmington Street Suite 405, Raleigh, NC 27601. Immediately following this meeting, a building site visit will be conducted. All General Contractors are strongly urged to have all subcontractors at this meeting to review the existing building conditions. This will be the only scheduled visit before the bid opening date. The meeting will address project-specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms. The meeting is also to identify preferred brand alternates and their performance standards that the owner will consider for approval on this project.
