Please use the below information regarding the bid opportunity.
Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00PM on 07/27/2023, at 1001 East 4th Street, Campus Operations Conference Room, Greenville NC 27858, for the construction of the Main Campus Steam and Condensate Replacement Phase 1 project at which time all placed bids will be opened and read.
Project scope includes 1,100 LF of underground steam and condensate piping, three new steam manholes and 300 LF of existing underground power ductbank. Portions of the underground utilities will be installed in bores under the railroad and NCDOT roadway.
An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on 07/11/2023 at 1:30 PM at 700 East 14th Street, Greenville NC 27858 in the Main Campus Steam Plant Conference Room.
Plans and specifications can also be obtained directly from RMF Engineering ([email protected], 919-941-9876). Bids will be received for Single Prime only. Prequalification is not required. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
