Prospective proposers must submit their proposal for the 15 Summit Ave RFP no later than Friday, August 11 at 4:00 PM. The City issued an addendum which must be submitted with the RFP proposal to be considered complete.

About the RFP

The City of Raleigh is seeking proposals from qualified developers for attractive, sustainable energy-efficient rental housing on a City-owned lot located at 15 Summit Ave. This property will be made available through a long-term land lease.

To be considered, proposals must set aside at least 20% of the total units within the development as affordable rental units to low-income households earning no more than 60% of the Area Median Income.
