RFQ: City of Raleigh Phase 1: East Civic Tower Project Professional Engineering Services: Special Inspections, Construction Materials & Geotechnical Inspection and Testing

The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more highly qualified and experienced firm(s) with which to contract for the following services:

Provide geotechnical investigations and recommendations in support of the construction, construction materials inspection and testing services, special inspection services, and third-party inspection services for new construction for the East Civic Tower.

Important Dates: 

Questions submitted via telephone will not be answered. Questions concerning this RFQ will be received until 4pm on August 3, 2023, at which time no future questions will be accepted.

A summary of all questions and answers may be issued in the form of an addendum. Any comments or questions that arise concerning any requirement that is unclear or objectionable must be submitted electronically.

Pre-Submittal Conference date is July 28, 2023 at 2pm on Microsoft Teams. (Please Contact Kelly Ham at Kelly.Ham@Raleighnc.gov to request the
meeting link). Deadline for written questions is August 3, 2023 at 4pm. Submittal due date and time is August 22, 2023 by 4pm EST.
