RFP: Database System for Raleigh Police Department ACORNS Unit
The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following services:
Provide a secure cloud-based software data system that migrates from existing data and integrates with other data sources for the Raleigh Police Department’s Addressing
Crises through Outreach, Referral, Networking and Service (ACORNS) Unit and is
Criminal Justice Information Service (CJIS), Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services
Administration (SAMSHA) 42 CFR Part 2 compliant.

The deadline for written questions is August 16, 2023. Proposal Due Date is September 1, 2023, by 5:00 pm.
