Sealed bids will be received by the CAPE FEAR PUBLIC UTILITY AUTHORITY addressed to the Procurement Manager, 235 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403 and marked Northern Regional Pump Station & Force Main – Phase A. Bids will be received until Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the IT Conference Room of 235 Government Center Drive at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Scope of Work includes installation of a 16” and 24” sanitary sewer force main along N. College Rd. and Kerr Avenue to the new Regional Pump Station located on Kerr Avenue.  The new force main is needed to support the growth of the northern portion of the county.  The project also includes upgrades to PS 155 to handle additional flows from future planned growth and divert existing flow from Pender County.  The old existing 12” force main will be abandoned.
