This project bids Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. est. Sub-bids are due for review to Bell Construction Co., Inc. on Wednesday August 30, 2023 no later than 3:00PM est. Interested sub-contractors must be certified HUB, MBE, WBE, DBE, etc. certified. Contract documents are available for review upon request and/or can be shipped to interested sub-contractors.
