Approximately 3240 LF of proposed greenway extension along new alignment from Bellingham Park to Boxtail Way, 1680 LF of proposed sidewalk and roadway improvements along SR 1147 (Rocky River Rd) from Johnson Manor Street to Dye Creek, and 7030 LF of proposed greenway from Dye Creek on new alignment to parking lot and access to SR 1142 (Johnson Dairy Farm). The project will include grading, drainage, paving, sidewalk, curb and gutter, pavement markings, boardwalks and pedestrian bridges for the Bellingham park greenway extension.

Purchase of entire bid set includes all plans and specifications, including any addenda released at time of order. Existing planholders will be notified by email upon the release of any addenda. Failure to order bid sets through Duncan-Parnell may prevent you from being notified of issued addenda.
