High Point, NC – Library Entry Plaza and Sensory Garden Project,

This contract consists of providing personnel, equipment, and materials required to make improvements to the existing space the front door of the library (Entry Plaza) and to create a garden (Sensory Garden) in a currently undeveloped space adjacent to the library. The improvements to the Entry Plaza include the removal of existing pavement, installation of a rain garden, plant materials, relocation of existing lighting, and various site amenities. The construction of the Sensory Garden includes grading, storm drainage system, walls/columns, fencing/gates, walks and various surface pavement materials, plant materials, fountains w utility connections (water / electrical), lighting, and other site amenities.

Any print order placed on this site includes all plans and specifications, including any addenda released at the time of order. It is the responsibility of each plan holder to download the addenda. Shipping, if required, will be charged to each order.
