BID INVITATION FOR: Newton-Conover High School Addition and Renovations
Bid Date & Time: Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at 2:00p.m., LOCAL TIME
All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, material & equipment on this date.

The work of this project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed. The project generally consists of approximately 88,240 square feet of new building housing the high school’s Administration, Student Services, classrooms, gymnasium, kitchen, cafeteria, and dining facilities, as well as the renovation of approximately 41,520 square feet of existing buildings housing additional classrooms, weight room, Media Center, and Career and Technology program areas. The project scope contains major site work including parking lot renovations and expansion, tennis courts, a courtyard, and detention pond. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the contract drawings and/or specifications for a complete project.
Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for a specific scope(s) that covers the work described above.
