Bell Construction Co., Inc. is seeking competitive sub-contract bids from qualified sub-contractors for the APPALACHIAN REGIONAL COMMISSION INDUSTRIAL PARK SHELL BUILDING SEWER SYSTEM EXTENSION PROJECT.  Project location; Alexander County, NC

This project bids Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. est. Sub-bids are due for review to Bell Construction Co., Inc. on Thursday. November 16 no later than 10:00 a.m. est. Interested sub-contractors must be certified HUB, MBE, WBE, DBE, etc. certified. Contract documents are available for review upon request and/or can be shipped to interested sub-contractors.

Sub-contractors will need to be conform to Davis-Bacon wage rates and will be required to submit certified payroll with monthly invoices.

Trades include, but may not be limited to:  Clearing/Grubbing, Bore and Jack, and Traffic Control
