RFP: Water Treatment Division Landscape Maintenance

The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which
to contract for the following services:

The City of Raleigh, Water Division is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified North
Carolina licensed firms for grounds and landscaping maintenance services for all Water
Division plants and outlining sites. This includes 2 water treatment plants and 44 remote sites.

Important Dates: 

A Mandatory PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT for all prospective proposers is scheduled for 11/17/23 at 10:00 AM, at EM Johnson Water Treatment Plant (EMJ), 10301 Falls of Neuse Rd. Raleigh NC, 27614. Part two (2) of the pre-proposal meeting will be held at DE Benton WTP (DEB) for a site visit at 1:00 PM. The address for DEB is 2315 Benson Rd. Garner NC, 27529. These are both secured facilities, so an RSVP is mandatory for site entry authorization. Part three (3) is visiting remote sites on your own with the provided location addresses.

To attend the preproposal conference RSVP by emailing Mark Tallent at Mark.tallent@raleighnc.gov for site entry authorization. In your email body list each person or persons to attend, company name and a contact phone number. Failure to RSVP will result in denied site access. Attendance at this conference is a prerequisite
for consideration of a Proposer’s proposal. Prospective Proposers are encouraged to submit written questions in advance. A summary of all questions and answers will be posted on the internet as an addendum, located under the RFP # being modified. It is the Proposer’s responsibility to assure that all addenda have been reviewed and, if
need be, signed and returned.

Deadline for Written Questions is 11/22/2023 by 4:00 pm. Proposal Due Date and Time is 12/01/2023 by 12:00 pm.
