MWBE Bid Opportunity: 1609, 1611, 1617 & 1619 New Bern Ave Demolition and Underground Storage Tank (UST), Pumps Removal and Closure
The Project consists generally of the following major items:
- The demolition of three commercial structures located at 1609, 1611 and 1617
New Bern Ave. - Removal and closure of six (6) underground storage tanks (UST)
- Removal of a canopy and four gasoline pumps along with all buried service lines
- Backfill and compaction of the excavation with processed fill
- Tree Removal
- Existing Signage Removal
Some possible needed MWBE subcontracting trades include:
- Underground Storage Tank Removal Contractor
- Lead and asbestos abatement
- Building demolition
Important Dates:
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:30AM, Thursday, January 4, 2024, at 1617 N. West Street, Raleigh, NC 27601.
Sealed Bids will be received until 3:00 PM, Friday, January 26, 2024, at 1617 N. West Street, Raleigh, NC 27601.
