All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, material & equipment on this date.
BID LOCATION: NC School of Science and Mathematics (Attn: Chad Barrow, Director of Capital Projects and Morganton Facilities Management), 901 Burkemont Avenue, Morganton, NC 28655
The work on this project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed. The project requires an expansion of the laundry area in the Residence Hall. This project is for the addition of 10 stacked washer and dryer units and three (3) knee wall partitions to conceal the venting. An existing space is being converted to a laundry room. This includes an exterior lint interceptor, new conduit for power, and modifying an existing floor drain. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the contract documents for a complete project.
