Project Description – Elevator modernization for a middle and high school in Raleigh, NC.

**Addendum #1 will be issued Thursday, July 11th at 5pm**

Scopes of work needed include Concrete, Flooring, Painting, Elevator, mechanical (Broughton), Electrical, and Fire Alarm.

Estimated project start is 8/26/2024.
