MANDATORY PREBID MEETING:
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is not required for this project. An optional pre-qualification meeting took place on 6/6/24 at 1:30pm via Microsoft Teams to address project specific question, issues, and qualification and bidding procedures.

The work of this project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed. The project consists of one (1) building approximately 25,000sf EMS Facility for Watauga County, North Carolina, to include but not limited to, all site work, utilities, general construction, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the contract drawings and/or specifications for a complete project.
Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for a specific trade that covers the work described below.
Division 03 – Concrete, Division 04 – Masonry, Division 05 – Metals, Division 06 – Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Division 07 – Thermal and Moisture Protection, Division 08 – Openings, Division 09 – Finishes, Division 10 – Specialties, Division 11 – Equipment, Division 12 – Furnishings, Division 21 – Fire Suppression, Division 22 – Plumbing, Division 23 – Heatin, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Division 26 – Electrical, Division 27 – Communications, Division 28 – Electronic Safety and Security, Division 31 – Earthwork, Division 32 – Exterior Improvements, Division 33 – Utilities, Division 34 – Transportation, and any other division scope of work identified in the contract documents.
