Project Description – Selective demolition and new construction to convert Room 1309 from offices to a laboratory and convert Room 1204 from a current laboratory configuration to a new laboratory configuration.

Scopes of work needed include: Final cleaning, Misc. Metals, Arch. Woodwork, ACT, Flooring, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical
