Sealed Bids for the construction of the WWTF Digester/Sludge Holding Tank will be received, by the Town of Surf City, at the office of the Surf City Municipal Complex, 214 W. Florence Way, Hampstead, NC 28445, until 2:00 PM local time on February 29th, 2024 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
