SECOND NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING:

A pre-id meeting for all interested bidders will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at the Cleveland Community College – 137 S. Post Road, Jack Hunt Building – Board Room 2086, Shelby, NC 28152.

Bid Date & Time: Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 2:00p.m.
The work of this project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed. The project scope is to provide ventilation, heating, and cooling to keep the existing building in the 65F to 80F range during the year. In addition, the Owner desires to replace the existing windows with new double pane operable windows, which will be an alternate, and any other work presented in the contract plans and specifications.
Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for a specific trade that covers the work described below.
Division 02 – Existing Conditions, Division 07 – Thermal and Moisture Protection, Division 08 – Openings, Division 09 – Finishes, Division 23 – Heatin, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Division 26 – Electrical, and any other division scope of work identified in the contract documents.
