Breece Enterprises, Inc. is requesting bids from certified M/WBE firms on the Burlington Water and Sewer Improvements Project. The project is located within the City’s Downtown District in Alamance County, Burlington, North Carolina. The project area is generally bound by West Morehead St., W. Webb Avenue (SR-87), S. Church St. (SR-70), and S. Lexington Ave., however, improvements will not be made that impact NCDOT streets (SR-87 and SR-70). This
project consists of approximately 9,300 LF of sanitary sewer rehabilitation and 11,000 LF of new water distribution system piping, water and sewer appurtenances, water services, and sanitary sewer laterals. Subcontracting opportunities include CIPP lining, manhole rehab, hauling, asphalt pavement repair, concrete repair, construction surveying, stamped asphalt repair, and vacuum excavation. Breece Enterprises is willing to break down or combine elements of work into economically feasible units to facilitate participation.
