Sealed bids will be received by the CAPE FEAR PUBLIC UTILITY AUTHORITY addressed to the Procurement Manager, 235 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403 and marked LED Lighting Retrofit. Bids will be received until Thursday, February 6, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Jordan Conference Room, 2nd Floor of 235 Government Center Drive at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
This is a single prime contract.
