Swinerton Builders, a NC general contractor, is seeking certified MBE, and WBE subcontractors and suppliers and must be registered with the City of Charlotte, for the Charlotte Fire Department Firehouse No. 30 located in Charlotte, NC.

Please advise if assistance is needed obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or insurance/bonding to satisfy the work requirements. We are willing to accept quotations for all or partial quantities and items of work. We can offer joint check payments and quick payment agreements; however, the agreements must be negotiated prior to the bid date.
