Breece Enterprises, Inc. is requesting bids from certified M/WBE firms on the City of Greensboro Various Stormwater Projects. The proposed project consists of, but not limited to, the following: Installation of storm sewer, new drainage structures, VCP abandonment, utility relocation, pavement repair, truck dock removal and replacement, and other appurtenances associated with the relocation of storm sewer at various locations throughout the city of Greensboro. Subcontracting opportunities include, but are not limited to, surveying, masonry drainage structures, tree removal, fencing, pipe installation, hauling, traffic control, paving, striping, and concrete repair. Breece Enterprises is willing to break down or combine elements of work into economically feasible units to facilitate participation.

Bid documents and plans are available for viewing at our office by appointment or they can be sent electronically by request.

Breece Enterprises, Inc. is willing to review any responsible quote and will negotiate terms, if appropriate. We will notify your firm if your bid is accepted for this project. Please contact me if you have not heard from us by January 8th at 3:00 PM, and I will inform you of the status of your bid.
If you need assistance with obtaining bonding, loan capital, lines of credit, insurance, or joint pay agreements, please contact us and we will review your needs and direct you to available agencies for assistance.
Breece Enterprises, Inc. will look at the possibility of a joint venture or partnership arrangement, if appropriate.
Breece Enterprises, Inc. has established a quick pay agreement policy for this project to enable subcontractors and suppliers to meet cash flow demands. Breece Enterprises, Inc. is committed to pay all subcontractors participating in this contract within 20 days after receipt of invoice and acceptance by the city’s project manager.
