The Project consists generally of the following major items:
This project involves preparing the exterior surfaces of twelve (12) structures, buildings and appurtenances, to repaint surfaces at the Central Operations Facility campus.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for March 6, 2024, at 10:00AM at 2550 Westinghouse Blvd. (COR Car Wash). Questions are due by March 12, 2024, by 4:00PM. Proposal due date is April 3, 2024, and should be delivered to: Kevin Roberts at 222 W. Hargett St. Suite 605 Raleigh, NC 27601.
