City of Raleigh/ GoRaleigh Craig Building Renovation Project

The Project consists generally of the following major items:
Upfit and renovation for 2nd floor of Craig Building located at GoRaleigh Station at 221 S. Wilmington Street Raleigh, NC 27601. This project will include but not limited to some interior demolition with new walls, new windows, new doors, new finishes, wall repairs, alterations to plumbing, HVAC and electrical, limited exterior painting and repainting brick mortar.
Possible needed subcontractor trades include:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Mechanical
- Fire Sprinkler
- Painting
Important Dates:
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 19th at 221 S. Wilmington Street Raleigh, NC 27601.
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024 at Raleigh Union Station at 510 West Martin Street, Suite 200 Raleigh, NC 27601 in Conference Room 206 at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the construction of the GoRaleigh Craig Building Renovation project.
