MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE/LOCATION:
Date & Time: Monday, February 17, 2025, at 10:00am / Claremont Elementary School, Media Center located at 3384 East Main Street, Claremont, NC 28610.
An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on February 17, 2025, at 10:00a.m. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.
BID INVITATION/LOCATION:
Bid Date: Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 2:00 a.m. location time.
The Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
The work of this project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed. Remove existing HVAC Systems and install new Roof Top HVAC units for Hall 100 Classrooms, Hall 200 Classrooms, Hall 300 Classrooms along with all related appurtenances and per the engineered plans and further described in the request for proposal and instructions to bidders.
