Crowder Construction Company is requesting quotes from certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) Firms on the T.Z. Osborne WRF Incinerator Design-Build: Phase 1 Project. We are soliciting Subcontractor & Supplier bids for the following scopes of work in Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas: Ceilings, Concrete, Demo, Electrical, Fabrication, Hauling, HVAC, Mechanical, Janitorial, Masonry, Painting, Plumbing, Signage, Utilities.

Crowder Construction Company is willing to break down the work further or combine elements of work into economically feasible units to facilitate MBE/WBE Participation.

The project plans and specifications may be reviewed in our office and are also available by request online via a link.

Quotes must be received in our office by April 18th, 2025. We request MBE/WBE Firms include a copy of their certification.

Crowder Construction Company is willing to review any responsible quote and will negotiate terms, if appropriate. We will notify your firm if your bid is accepted for this project.
