Project Information –
The project consists of the renovation of portions of the first floor of Witherspoon Student Center including the Lobby, Men’s, and Women’s Rooms, and Room 126. A portion of room 126 and all of room 125 will have floor elevation raised to adjacent grade. The exterior patio outside of Room 126 will also be raised.
Phase 2: First Floor Renovation.
a. Commencement of Construction:
1) Start Date: On-site work of this phase shall commence by 6/27/2023.
b. Interim Milestones:
1) Renovation of Lobby 114A and Stair 114B shall be completed by 8/14/2023. If renovations in Lobby 114A and Stair 114B are not complete by 8/14/2023, any subsequent work must be completed after hours or on the weekends. After 8/14/2023, a clear, unobstructed path from the door leading out of the Theater to the Vestibule door must be maintained during normal business hours to provide egress from the Theater.
2) Renovation of Women 122 and Men 123 shall be completed by 10/11/2023.
c. Substantial Completion of Phase 2:
1) The renovation of Room 126 and the remainder of the work shall be completed by 12/29/2023
Phase 1 is a separate Fire Alarm project by others.
