Project Scope of work is listed below:

The removal/replacement of all existing major HVAC equipment in central plant (boilers, pumps, etc.)

Removal of existing ice storage system.

The electrical disconnection/reconnection or new connection to HVAC equipment to support the renovations.

Connect new equipment to existing controls system.

Partial replacement of existing BAS controls systems.

Rerouting of existing underground water service piping.

Bid Opening:                      Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 2:00pm
