BID INVITATION FOR:  Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute, 2855 Hickory Blvd., Hudson, NC 28638 (In the Forlines Board Room, HE Beam Hall)

Bid Date & Time: Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 2:00p.m., LOCAL TIME

All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, material & equipment on this date.

Bid Location: Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute, 2855 Hickory Blvd., Hudson, NC 28638 (In the Forlines Board Room, HE Beam Hall) – Owner’s Representative: Mr. Donald Bassinger, V.P. Administrative and Facility Services

The work of project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed.  The project consists of the relocation of utilities, grading for athletic field, new asphalt parking lot, with toilet facilities structure to support athletics programming at the Community College. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the contract drawings and/or specifications for a complete project.

The featured scope of work per contract documents are as follows; Site work, cast-in-place concrete, non-metallic hardener, CMU, metal fabrications, rough & finish carpentry, thermal and moisture protection, hollow metal doors and frames, finish hardware, gypsum drywall, painting, signage, louvers and vents, toilet compartments, toilet and bath accessories, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.

Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for specific scope of work as described above.
