The work of project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed.  The project consists of construction of an approximately 12,000 sf, two-story addition to the existing Occupational Building and related site work including a site stair to the adjacent Student Center. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the contract drawings and/or specifications for a complete project.

The featured scope of work per contract documents are as follows; Selective demolition, concrete reinforcing, cast-in-place concrete, hydraulic cement underlayment, CMU, stone CMU, structural steel framing, steel decking, metal pan stairs, metal stairs and ladders, pipe and tube railings, rough carpentry, sheathing, shop fabricated wood trusses, plastic-laminate-clad architectural cabinets, thermal and moisture protection, hollow metal doors and frames, flush wood doors, aluminum windows, door hardware, glazing, moisture vapor emission control, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, ceramic tiling, ACT, resilient flooring, resilient base and accessories, painting and coating, visual display units, signage, cubicle curtains and track, wall and door protection, toilet, bath, and laundry accessories, fire protection cabinets, fire extinguishers, metal canopies, projection screens, metal horizontal louver blinds, plastic-laminate-clad countertops, electric traction passenger elevators, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, electronic safety and security, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities.

Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for specific scope of work as described above.
