BID INVITATION FOR:  Westwinds Park Phase 3, Lincoln County Administration Bldg. (Executive Conference Room), 353 North Generals Blvd.,  Lincolnton, NC 28092

Bid Date & Time: Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 2:00p.m., LOCAL TIME

All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, material & equipment on this date.

Bid Location: Lincoln County Administration Bldg. (Executive Conference Room), 353 North Generals Blvd., Lincolnton, NC 28092 – Owner’s Representative: Mr. John Henry, Purchasing Agent

The work of project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed.  The project generally consists of but not limited to, demolition, light clearing, grading, erosion control including 2 sediment basins, seeding, storm drainage, asphalt and concrete paving, stamped concrete, concrete seat walls, tensile fabric shade structures, trellis (add-alternate #1), landscape planting, natural grass seed mix and site furnishings. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the contract drawings and/or specifications for a complete project.

The featured scope of work per contract documents are as follows; Selective demolition, concrete pavement, stamped concrete finishing, site furnishings, earthwork, site clearing and grubbing, tree protection and trimming, fine grading, rock and unsuitable soil removal, erosion and sediment control, asphalt paving, turf and grasses, landscape plants, storm drainage utilities.

Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for specific scope of work as described above.
