BID INVITATION FOR: A New Mercantile Facility for: ABC Retail Packaging, Hickory, NC 28601
Bid Date & Time: Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 3:00p.m., LOCAL TIME
All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, material & equipment on this date.
BID LOCATION: The Office of Catawba County ABC Board (Attn: Ronnie Kaylor), 1910 Fairgrove Church Road, Newton, NC 28658
The work of this project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed. The project consists of one (1) building approximately 12,000sf to include but not limited to, all site work, general construction, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the contract drawings and/or specifications for a complete project.
Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for a specific trade that covers the work described below.
Division 3 – Concrete, Division 4 – Masonry, Division 5 – Metals, Division 7 – Thermal and Moisture Protection, Division 8 – Openings, Division 9 – Finishes, Division 22 – Plumbing, Division 23 – Mechanical, Division 26 – Electrical, and any other division scope of work identified in the contract documents.
