Pursuant to N.C.G.S. 143-128 and 129, sealed bid proposals endorsed “Peters Creek Outfall Replacement – Phase 2, FB23283” will be received by City/County Purchasing at the front door of City Hall Building, 101 N. Main Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101 until 2:00 pm, June 22, 2023, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding and to reject any or all proposals.
