Main Street, Winston-Salem, NC until 2:00 PM, June 30, 2023, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on the front steps of City Hall. Three bids are not required at this second offering; as few as one valid bid may be opened and considered for award per NCGS 143-132.
