Items to be considered for subcontract are as follows:
HAULING, EROSION CONTROL, SEEDING & MULCHING, PAVEMENT MARKINGS, PERMANENT SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL, CONCRETE, STORM DRAIN, MILLING, SURVEYING
We will be receiving subcontract quotations from subcontractors and suppliers interested in performing various scopes of work on the above referenced project. We are soliciting quotations from all interested parties and will give consideration to all qualified and reputable subcontractors and suppliers. We urge Certified Minority (DBE, WBE, and MBE) participation. If you qualify as a certified minority business please designate that status on your quotation. Even if you do not qualify as a certified minority please submit your quotation for full consideration. All quotations will be reviewed for responsiveness, price, and ability to perform the required work. You may review the plans and specifications in our Wilmington, NC office located at 1721 Allen’s Lane, STE 103 Wilmington, NC 28403 (by appointment only). Please have your quotations emailed to our office no later than November 1, 2023 at 12:00 PM.

We can provide quick pay arrangements in certain situations. Work items can be subdivided into economically feasible work units to assist you in being competitive with your proposals. We ask that all Non-DBE / MBE / WBE subcontractors and Suppliers also make every effort to utilize DBE / MBE / WBE Subcontractors and Suppliers to increase our overall participation from certified DBE / MBE / WBE firms.
