PROJECT DESCRIPTION
LeChase is hosting an subcontractor outreach and pre-bid meeting for all construction industry-related firms (majority and minority) that have an interest in providing goods and/or services for this project. The outreach is in collaboration with Guildford County.
Toyota – Team Member Mall 603 project located in Liberty, NC is a single story 19,195sf new construction. The exterior skin conditions are a metal panels and storefront. The roof is a membrane system. The interior has several various program spaces, there is a pharmacy, bank, medical clinic, eye clinic, and uniform space. The concrete, steel, and sitework is not part of this project. These packages are already bought out by Toyota. Drawings and Contract Documents will be released March 18, 2024.
