Notice: Bids will only be accepted from prime bidders represented on Prebid Meeting sign-sheet. The meeting will address project scope, bidding procedures, and forms, including MBE requirements.

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
The work of this project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed. The project consists of replacing the existing HVAC system, controls, and fire alarm including associated plumbing, electrical, roof, and ceiling work required for the installations. The project also includes interior alterations for a new security vestibule.
Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for a specific trade that covers the work described below.
Division 02 – Existing Conditions, Division 03 – Concrete, Division 04 – Masonry, Division 05– Metals, Division 07 – Thermal and Moisture Protection, Division 08 – Openings, Division 09 – Finishes, Division 22 – Plumbing, Division 23 – Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Division 26 – Electrical, Division 27 – Communications, Division 28 – Electronic Safety and Security, and any other division scope of work identified in the contract documents.
