MWBE Bid Opportunity/ RFQ for Poole Road West Watermain Replacement
The City of Raleigh invites the submittal of a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from firms interested in providing design-build services for the project described below.
The City has identified needs for work related to watermain and sewer line replacement located along Poole Rd. to Belmond Dr. and from Dacian Rd. to Grantland Dr.
Important Dates:
A Virtual Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on March 1, 2024, 10 AM. Contact Ed Stempien for invitation to attend. Attendance by prospective Offerors is strongly encouraged but not mandatory. Offerors are encouraged to submit written questions in advance.
Requests for clarification and questions to this RFQ must be received by the City not later than March 19, 2024. Offeror’s SOQ shall be submitted no later than April 4, 2024, 10.00 AM
