North Charleston (SC) Sewer District – FOG Receiving Station Modifications at the Felix C. Davis WWTP

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct the FOG Receiving Station Modifications at the Felix C. Davis WWTP, 1000 Herbert Street.

Bidders must deposit security with all bids. Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner and shall be for an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Provisions of the security shall be as described in the Information for Bidders.

No bid will be considered unless the bidder is legally qualified under the provisions of the South Carolina Contractor’s Licensing Law (South Carolina Code of Laws as amended on April 1, 1999, Chapter 11, Sections 40-11-10 through 40-11-428).

Contractors shall have a Building (BD) classification with a minimum Group #4 project/dollar limitation.

No bidder may withdraw the bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening and thereof.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.

A set is also available for download in PDF for $50.00 plus applicable sales tax. Downloads do not include addenda, they are all available on the “Addenda” tab of this page. Once payment is secured, you will receive an email that your files are ready to be downloaded from your account.

Any print order placed on this site includes all plans and specifications, including any addenda released at the time of order. Downloads do not include addenda, they are all available on the “Addenda” tab of this page. Planholders will be notified by email when future addenda are issued. It is the responsibility of each plan holder to download the addenda. Shipping, if required, will be charged to each order.
