Progressive Contracting Co., Inc. is seeking Subcontractor bids for the above referenced project. Turnkey, Labor Only, and Unit Cost bids will be considered.  Assistance with obtaining equipment, material, and quick pay agreements is available on a case-by-case basis.  Plans and Specifications are attached to this email.
