Balfour Beatty has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the project and will receive bids from and contract with the principal contractors for the execution of the work.
Sealed proposals from Pre-Qualified Bidders will be received by Balfour Beatty for the Runway 5L-23R Replacement – Early Works project on December 12, 2023 at 2:00PM.
Bids will be received and opened publicly at RDU Maintenance Building, 200 Haleys Branch Rd., Cary, NC 27513.
